[horde] Azur theme update

Hello all,

I've upgraded the 'azur' theme for horde 3.0 since it wasn't looking too
good in the new version. I've attached a diff file and the screen.css
file that goes in horde/themes/azur/.
Note that no changes where needed in IMP, only the Horde screen.css file
is changed.

I hope someone will be able to commit this, it's really just a cosmetica
issue.
