[horde] Creating user

I've just want to know if we have the possibilities to change the default identity for all my users. I know when the user first login to horde/imp the identity is username at maildomain but can I automatically specify different email template. Something like firstname.lastname at maildomain, maybe a program could take some value in a text file and made up this template. And if it's not possible, did I need to enter every account to modify his default identity.
