[horde] IMP configuration utility messes with PHP code

I'm using a MySQL backend for everything.  The configuration has "SQL 
Database", "Horde defaults", and "horde_prefs" selected.  The 
horde_prefs table in the horde database.

Looking at the data being stored in the horde_prefs table reveals that 
last_login information *is* being stored for the admin user.  But, for 
some reason, it's just not being displayed.  From what I've seen, 
non-admin users do get the last_login information displayed as expected, 
just not the admin user.
