[horde] IMP configuration utility messes with PHP code

Your admin user may have the last_login parameter as an 'imp' 
preference instead of a 'horde' preference.  Check the 'shared' status 
on that preference also - I believe that has changed also.  If this 
isn't the issue - I'm out of ideas since it works here.
