[horde] Preferred language not being displayed

Hi there,

after a recent CVS-update of my horde installation the preferred
language is not displayed. The site shows up in english, but my users
preferences say that the loale is "Deutsch".

Another problem: categories all appear colorless. (e.g. in kronolith)

The problems don't come with a horde 3.0.4 installation that uses the
same database.

Anything I can do about that?
