[horde] Pear trouble

I'm installing horde on a new system and am having some trouble. I
have gone trough and made sure that pear is installed, but i get the
same error when I run the horde test. I have also checked and the
location of the Pear files are in /usr/lib/php/ Any ideas as to what I
messed up now? Thanks in advance
