[horde] Horde will not display

Hi folks,
Can someone please help me with a problem with setting
Horde up?
I am running Windows XP,apache 2.x,PHP 5.0.x.
Whne I run the Horde test page it says all is ok,but when I
try to go inot Horde to strat configuring,my browser keeps
telling me that the page cannot be displayd.
My other PHP pages such as e107 render no problem,so could
someone please advise me on what the problem could be?
