[horde] Creating horde_datatree_seq

Well, I'm not the only one to have this problem, but it appears my
installation of Pear::DB did not create the 'horde_datatree_seq' table.
 I am thus having all types of problems with Kronolith, Mnemo, etc...

My horde.log looks like this:
Jun 22 15:27:33 HORDE [error] [kronolith] DB Error: unknown error:
UPDATE horde_datatree_seq SET id=LAST_INSERT_ID(id+1) [nativecode=1142
** update command denied to user: 'horde at localhost' for table
'horde_datatree_seq'] [on line 350 of
"/var/www/html/mail/horde/lib/Horde/DataTree/sql.php"]

I'm not the only one that had this problem, see here:

I'd rather not upgrade MySql at this time.  It seems that creating the
table horde_datatree_seq will fix me right up.

Can someone provide a .sql script on the appropriate code to get this
