[horde] different multiple identities

hi!

in the default users can take and edit the personal information from any 
other person. i need like in imp3 separated identities.

did i make something wrong or is it realy default?

i found a posibility that users can't change there identity but they 
still share it:

imp/config/prefs.php

// default identity
// Set locked to true if you don't want the users to have multiple 
identities.

what do i have separet the personal informations?

And root said rm -rf /     ......and there was nothing
