[horde] no attach button

hello,
iv'e Horde: 3.0.3 and IMP: H3 (4.0.2) installed

in compose windows i've no "attach" button,
in my php.ini upload are accepted, and apache is able to write tmp_dir...

i don't know how to solve this problem...
on the same machine i've horde 2.2.4 and IMP: 3.2.2 and i have the 
"attach button"
