[horde] Getting user list when using IMP for authentication

I have a similar setup and authenticate using Horde authentication to 
LDAP.  My
Cyrus install also authenticates against LDAP, using saslauthd.  I'd 
use native
LDAP authentication in your situation, from within Horde.
