[horde] menu frame empty - only loaded at reload, not after login

Hello,

i installed new horde version 3.0.5 and configured it, like i did two
times before with 3.0.4.

But now i have the strange behaviuor, that the navigation frameset on
the left side, it only loaded if i explicitly say in browser, load this
frame again or reload the whole site after login.

On first time the frame is there but without any content.

Ideas, Suggestions - what could i have done wrong?
