[horde] activation of skeleton module in Horde

Hi,

I have following problem:

I have integrated a skeleton module in Horde. Now I get the error message:

"skeleton is not activated"

although I have opened the registry.php file in the Horde directory /config
and added the skeleton module with $this->applications ... and with status
=> 'active';

Does anyone has a solution to this?
