[horde] IMP - IMAP folder issues

I just noticed that I'm running CVS from sometime after 8/11.  I see  
that slusarz committed code to conform with RFC 2342.  I'm going to  
try an older version, can anyone from Horde confirm this is what is  
probably causing my problems?
