[horde] Database performance problem with Horde3/IMP4 with large user base

We are running a mixed enviroment where the history bits are from the cvs 
head version and the rest is from the official released code the framework 
3 version.

The difference in performance is huge, simple operations that 
would take minutes to run in pure framework 3 enviroment now take only 
seconds to complete. After patching the system feels nearly as snappy as 
it did with horde's releng versions.
