[horde] Database performance problem with Horde3/IMP4 with large user base

In what will eventually become Horde 3.1 (essentially the HEAD CVS 
branch), the
Horde History items have been broken out into their own horde_history 
table. This should reduce the size of the datatree tables and improve 
performance
some.  I'm running official release code, so the tables are still combined for
me, so I can't comment on any performance gains but it should have a positive
impact.
