[horde] Auth Sql backend only gets horde login but no IMP login

Dear Sir,
 
I have a successfull Horde -3.0.5 setup running well. Recently I put a Sign up option in the Horde login page using SQL driver. Everything is fine but I can't get access to IMP. Please help me giving a hint.
