[horde] IMP not displaying folders other than INBOX

I found the reason why IMP wasn't displaying any IMAP folders other than
INBOX. Turns out that some automated reconfiguration process had changed:

    'folders' => '',
to:

    'folders' => 'mail/',

in /var/lib/imp3/servers-debian.conf

Changing it back (or to 'INBOX.') solved the problem.

Fortunately it looks like the Debian packages for horde3/imp4 have far less
Byzantine configuration setups, so this sort of thing will be easier to sort
out in the future.
