[horde] New Users

Hello, I have a question. I just add some new users to my SMTP mail system,
and they are going to use horde. My users do Authenticacion via IMAP. Here
is my problem, The can get into horde but the mail tab on the left part of
the screen does not appear, but when i go through /horde/imp I can acces
their mail. How do I add this option to the horde main screen?
