It sounds like my patches to create a detail_time_format preference  
for Whups comments are being rebuffed.  I don't understand why this  
isn't as useful as report_time_format.  I don't want to apply  
timestamps Horde-wide, just to Whups comments.  Don't you agree that  
seeing timestamps on comments is valuable?
