[horde] Horde CVS Slower Than Heck

PHP 4.3.10 Apache 2.0.52

I've installed all cvs versions and it runs un-godly slow! I have Horde 
3.0.3 also installed and that runs a lot faster. They are pretty much 
configured the exact same way. I downloaded and installed PHP Accelerator 
and that is being utilized but it doesn't seem to help any.

Any ideas on why in the heck it is so slow? I'm using mysql db's with plain 
file based sessions.
