[horde] UTF-8 Charset problem in horde

Your database/table/field is not using UTF-8 charset or your terminal 
doesn't capable to display UTF data at all.

I'm using UTF-8 for my horde database all the time now. This is 
expected charset display behaviour when Putty is working in Latin1 or 
other non-unicode mode.
