[horde] Horde missing everywhere?

Hi again,
i did a fresh new installation, without extra-stuff.. and the link is still missing, also the entries in the drop-down-boxes for initial appliation and edit option for.

What is wrong? How can i get 

- the Horde-Link in the Menu
- a 'Horde' entry in "Edit options for" drop-down-box
- 'Horde' or 'Portal' in "What application should Horde display after login? " drop-down-box

please give me a hint ..
