[horde] Login takes me nowhere

Hi,
I have been trying to install the Horde engine -- when doing so all goes
well -- no problems with anything.  I am using MySql for everything and the
database works fine.  When I try to log into Horde at the login screen -- it
refreshes as if I am logged in -- but takes me nowhere.  It just stays at
the login screen.  I can no longer get to even the basic administration /
setup screen.  Any ideals?
