[horde] Horde 3.0.6 and last version of IMP Problems, on, installon, windows 2000 / XP over apache 2.0 and mysql 4.1

Hello Chris: yes  thank you for you concern, the problem was rare,
I executed phpinfo, this told me that php.ini was on winxp installation dir, 
but a search it on this directory and it was not there, I copied php.ini on 
my php dir to winxp dir and all start working.
