[horde] Cannot get to work either Metar.php and Weatherdotcom.php

Hello,
 
I have the latest stable version of Horde up and running well with
Kronolith, Nag, and Turba -- I have made sure that Services_Weather,
XML_Serializer, and Cache are all installed and working.  url_fopen is
turned on.  I have downloaded and installed from CVS the latest Metar.php
and weatherdotcom.php files.
 
In my Horde Layout I am only given the option of Metar weather.  After I
save it -- the Current Weather box displays and all it says is "No Location
is set."  Where would I find the place to set the location -- it is not an
option in the layout screen when I install it.
 
I have never seen an option to display weatherdotcom.  Where do I turn this
option on?

P.S. An additional unrelated question concerning Kronolith -- When I
configure Kronolith it has me set up 2 mysql files,  yet in the Kronolith
scripts there is only 1 sql file (kronolith_events) that is compiled into
MySql.  Where do I get the (kronolith_storage) sql file?
