[horde] Default settings for servers and sorting by date

Hi,

I have a running installation of Horde+Imp. Is there any place where I can
specify that the default server is IMAP? At the moment I have the drop-down
list visible and the user is choosing from there. The server in the back is
an Exchange 2003.

And another issue is related to the sorting of the messages: is there any
way to specify that the default sorting should be by date, but descending.
In the moment the messages are sorted by date, but ascending.
