[horde] Outlook 2003 and IMAP - MISSING-HOST-NAME

Sounds like Outlook is encoding part of the From address incorrectly.   
Or at least in a non-standards way.  The error message  
'MISSING-HOST-NAME' is generated by c-client so there isn't anything  
IMP can do about it.
