[horde] Time zone/timestamp problems (RESOLVED)

Jan:
You were correct in that Windows 2000 did not support the zone names used
Horde. What I had to do is edit my timezone name in the registry to reflect
the name horde used. I changed the name from Central Standard time to
America/Chicago and all is well for now.
