[horde] Whups and others

We are useing -almost- CVS on our production server and CVS is in test  
for an upgrade in near future.

We use whups for support in our organisation with appr 500 users. We  
use Sesha for our inventory and use the Sesha categories as Whups  
queues. This way we can attach a ticket to a piece of hardware, a  
contract or a supplier(guarantee tickets). Works great! It sure  
enhanced our productivity and eases communication between technicians  
and helpdesk.
