[horde] Spam Button

 hi dear members!
  
   i have qmail+vpopmail+spamassasin setup and for webmail i use  horde. now i want a Button called [Enable Spam] or [Disable Spam].
  
   if a user click on [Enable Spam] button 
  .qmail file automatically create user's home directory with these contants
  
  |/var/qmail/bin/preline /usr/local/bin/maildrop /home/vpopmail/.mailfilter
  
  and if wheven ever user click on [Disable Spam] button .qmail file remove from user's home directory.
  
  Please help me what should i do for this stuff. Is it possible in Horde?
