[horde] Big load long wait when logging in to horde

I thought I would bring this up again as I just did another fresh install of
CVS CO of HEAD for Horde, Framework, and IMP about 4 hours ago and it is
still slower than heck once I switch over to IMP auth. I have tried other
webmail clients and they are working fine, so it doesn't seem like it's an
IMAP server config problem.

I have Courier-IMAP 4.0.1 installed using vpopmail/qmail stuff.

If any developers want to see what is happening shoot me an email and I will
glady setup test accounts.
