[horde] Horde/Kolab: Unable to synchronise

I'm running Horde 3.2-cvs (2006-01-10) together with a Kolab2 server 2.1
(snap20051215). ... Well, I know running cvs snapshots isn't meant to be save
but I guess my problem is more general.
The Kolab2 server seems to be running fine as Kontact and Outook2003 (via
Troltec Connector) are working.
While horde installation i followed the instructions on
http://wiki.kolab.org/index.php/Kolab2_Installation_-_Horde
.. so I used Kolab backends for horde applications

Ok, here is the problem:
While logged in to horde as normal user (also as Administrator, but this user
has no infrastructure on the Kolab server), I'm getting errors if horde tries
to synchronize its groupware components (in the following case triggerd by
accessing the Mail tab in the horde application):

Horde/Kolab: Unable to synchronise address book "Oliver Geisler's Address
Book": NO, Permission denied
.. this goes on for calendar and task list.

Here is the snapshot of the imap log on the server:

What makes me think is that the user horde-admin (administrator account) tries
to login in context of synchronizing groupware folders for a normal user.
Does anybody have a hint on that issue?
I can acces users Inbox and groupware folders (e.g. Contacts) through horde
webinterface and read the mails. So I guess it's not a real permission
problem, but rather a problem of the user that is asking for the
synchronisation (in my case the horde-admin). More or less I guess it's a
problem of configuration. In the administration interface of horde in the
'Kolab Cyrus IMAP Server Settings' user 'horde-admin' is configured with as
Administrator User. Am I wrong thinking that synchronisations should be done
with the access parameter of the normal user?
Thanks for your help. If you need more information, I will try to provide
them.

Regards,
Oliver Geisler
