[horde] "Personalized" sidebar ...

Is this possible?  Where a user would be able to trim down what is seen on 
the sidebar, so that, for instance, they could disable 'unused' items from 
even being offered?

I'm looking at it more for a 'per domain' basis, without having to install 
a seperate one for each, but if its possible at the per user level through 
an entry in the database (prefs?), then I can easily extend that to be 
full domain through triggers ...
