[horde] Error migrating horde_history in horde 3.1 RC1

Hi,
I have mysql 4.0.18 en php4.3.4 running on a suse 9.3

I did an upgrade from horde 3.0.9 to 3.1 RC1
Everything went fine but when i tried to migrate the Horde_History data 
to the Horde_History table with the provided script 
scripts/upgrades/move_history_out_of_datatree.php ive got this error

ERROR 1064 at line 2: You have an error in your SQL syntax.  Check the 
manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right 
syntax to use near '<?php
/**
  * $Horde: horde/scripts/upgrades/move_history_out_of

Anyone an idea
