[horde] app does not appear in admin

dear list,
i am new to horde, and have just installed imp - i wanted to try out
dimp, but after checking out the code to my horde root, that app does
not show up as being configurable. when accessing the dimp dir, it
says config files are missing, but there are no -dist versions in
dimp's config directory. i am using the latest versions of horde/imp
(and dimp) on solaris 9.
