[horde] Problems with Horde3 Installation

Hello,

i have much problems with the Installation from horde 3 on the Debian sarge
system.
After creating the database with the sql-script and the
"remove the exit (0) directive in /etc/horde/horde3/conf.php file."
And now."To let the configuration wizard write to the configuration files
you have to change the owner of the /etc/horde/horde3 dir and config files
to be owned by www-data."

And now in the Browser, can I see the following message:
A fatal error has occurred
Failed to import Horde configuration: Horde3 configuration disabled by
default because the administration/install wizard give you too much access
to the system. Read /usr/share/doc/horde3/README.Debian on how to allow
access.

Please help me.
