[horde] ingo not moving mail for rules

Hi,

I recently ran an "cvs update -dP -j HEAD" and it seems to have broken 
ingo - the rules are still matching, eg there is a filter match 
notification;

Filter activity: The message "***SPAM*** Small Cap st at cks reperformance 
unlaving nonaromatic" from "Latrina LaBonte <uvfwdabb at tpnet.pl>" has 
been moved to the folder "spam".

But the mail is not actually moved, there seem to be no errors reported 
for this in the logs,

any ideas what needs to be done to fix this?
