[horde] Horde/IMP Configuration

Hello,

i'm Horde newbie.

My System: Debian 3.1 - Horde 3.0.9 - IMP 4.0.4 - MYSQL DB

My Problem:
1.
The home Directory on the Webserver is /var/www/horde/horde/
When I start myBrowser with: http://server/horde/horde I see always the Login screen from the Administrator.
How can I secure this site, but i will later also login to this point.

2. 
What path must i register in the httpd.conf, that i see the normal login Screen from IMP without the Adminlinks.
