Okay, I've made some updates to the 3.0.9 and HEAD versions of
ssh2.php, uploading them to bugs.horde.org. I also uploaded patches to
test.php and Driver/vfs.php for ingo along with a backends.php sample.
This works for me for using ssh2/procmail for managing filters, etc.
There ought to be a way of importing current procmail recipes, though.
I suppose I'm not the first person to think that.

The annoying thing about using this with Gollem is that sometimes it
seems to work: one gets a full directory listing of the user's home
directory, and I've been able to upload files to there. Changing
directories doesn't seem to work, and I suspect that's part of the
problem.
