[horde] Problem with Blacklist

Hopefully there is another Horde user out there with an answer....

I actually turned to the Horde blacklist feature because Spam Assassin
stopped working suddenly. It used to filter out 90% of the spam, but now
doesn't filter out any email. I turned Spam Assassin off and then enabled it
again, but it still didn't work...so I started blacklisting mail directly in
Horde.

I'm wondering if it might be an ISP configuration issue.
