[horde] Kolab2 support

Kolab is a great mail server if you want to avoid painful setups. However,
you should still understand the underlying concepts (like Postfix, IMAP,
POP3, LDAP, etc.). This understanding is not crucial but can help if/when
you have problems.

The Calgary Linux Users Group did a workshop on installing Horde and Kolab.
You can see the report on it at
http://www.clug.ca/node/359

- including links to the handout(s) that described how to get Horde running
with Kolab.

The good news is that you CAN install Horde on a Kolab server. The bad news
is that how you do this is not immediately obvious, unless you are familiar
with setting up Apache. Kolab out of the box does not have some of the
needed libraries (like support for database access). While it IS possible to
address this, the process is not a simple (or quick), as installing Kolab on
one server, and Horde on another (assuming both servers have base installs
already). But you give up a (very) little bit of functionality when you do
this (like reporting email to spamassassin as spam or ham).

For the record, the Kolab/Horde setup IS being used on my network. Though I
do need to find time to finalize the horde configuration (more to do with
WHUPS than horde).

Hope this helps.
