[horde] Kolab2 support

Forgot to mention that while using Horde with Kolab is possible, the full
Kolab integration is still beta (well, it was last time I looked a couple
months ago). The documentation you can find on the topic spans multiple
versions (read that as multiple procedures) of both systems. The integration
can be done, but would take more time to learn than I'm willing to spend at
this point.
So, if you treat Kolab as a simple IMAP server, Horde behaves very much like
you would expect.
