[horde] Time discrepancy

Ok, this is weird.  I posted a long time ago about how my time in  
Whups always seemed to be 5 hours ahead.  I know this is because I'm  
in EST, but I can't figure out where the problem lies, since all  
other applications report the date correctly.

I just noticed that if I load Whups by itself (i.e., without the  
Horde frame), it has the correct time in the history!  It's only when  
Whups is loaded within the Horde framework that it shows times 5  
hours ahead.

Any ideas?
