[horde] Minimize horde context menu icon looks bizarre...

I have noticed this as well, and have got the "huh?" from my users ;-)

The problem is that when the sidebar is minimized, the tooltip when you
hover over the maximize button is displayed UNDER the main frame, and
therefore is unreadable.

Is there any way to force the tooltip to the top of all windows is, I
think, the question.
