[horde] Question about upgrade from 3.0 to 3.1

Also created/updated data for Kronolith, Nag, Mnemo, and Turba.

You are probably right. However part of the point is to get that data  
_out_ of the datatree table, so even if you don't care if the data is  
thrown out, you should make sure that you _do_ throw it out.
