[horde] Ho to compile translations for Horde applications?

Hi,

I'll have to recompile some of the translations, after adding
my own items.  How can I accomplish that?

Quote from <http://wiki.horde.org/FAQ/Admin/Install>:
> cd imp
...
> cd po
> make

But this does not work on my system:
in>  cd /opt/test-webmail/horde/imp/po/
in>  make
out> make: Fatal error: No arguments to build

The reason: There is no imp/po/Makefile:
in>  find /opt/test-webmail/horde/ -name '*akefile'
out> /opt/test-webmail/horde/po/Makefile
out> /opt/test-webmail/horde/scripts/mime_mapping/Makefile

My environment:
Imp: H3 (4.0.4)
Horde: 3.0.9
Operating system: Solaris (SunOS 5.9)
