No, I noticed that when I compared with a backup, and killed the new files.
Turns out my AIDE.conf did not check for _added_ files in my
horde-directory....

Anyhow, _hopefully_ I have gotten it all.

Related question: Is it possible to use CVS to check that your tree is
up-to-date?
