[horde] Where are the latest release ?

You are confusing "stable" from a release standpoint from "stable" as  
is used to describe the quality of the codebase.  Stable *releases*  
are simply releases that have undergone several rounds of release  
candidates, have had documentation typed up strictly for that version,  
etc.  Our snapshots of the FRAMEWORK_3 branch should (in theory) be  
more stable from a *quality* point of view since the only code we have  
added from the previous release are bugfixes and other well-tested code.
