[horde] Horde and Last Maintainance

I have a peculiar problem with horde. When users log on the 1st of every month,
they just get an empty screen(no side panel navigation). I spent some time on
this and discovered that if I delete the last_maintanance value for that user
in table host_prefs then they can log in fine and check their mail of course
until the first of the next month. Has anyone come across this problem before?
